Part Time Courses 2016-2017

We aim to offer the best possible experience for adult learners in Cambridgeshire and we welcome your views on how we can improve our service. Please note: all courses are held on the South Site of Abbey College (via the Hollow Lane entrance) unless we inform you otherwise.
In person: You can visit us between 10.00am and 2.00pm Monday to Thursday (term-time).
By Post: Please complete an enrolment form which can be requested from the office or found on the the sidebar of this page and return it to the College with payment. Please make cheques payable to Abbey College Ramsey.
Book/Pay Online: Please complete an enrolment form and click on the following link to pay via parentpay. Click here. (You do not have to be a parent at the school to use this facility).
N.B All debit and credit card payments must be made online or in person at the Adult Learning office. We cannot accept card payments over the telephone or via the post.
Please make cheques payable to Abbey College, Ramsey. Payment must be made at time of booking. If a course does not run your payment will be refunded. If you withdraw from a course before the start a 25% admin fee will be charged. If you withdraw during a course our refund policy will apply.

We are open from 10am – 2pm Monday to Thursday.
Autumn Term: 19th September to 2nd December (half term: 24th-28th October)
Spring Term: 16th January to 24th March (half term: 13th – 17th Feb)
Summer Term: 1st May to 14th July (half term: 29th May – 2nd June), Monday classes finish Monday 17th July.
Concessionary fees are available for people who are on Job Seekers Allowance (JSA) or Employment Support Allowance (ESA) evidence of which must be available on enrolment. For further details please contact the College.
A refund of any course fee is only available if the College closes a class or if you withdraw due to ill health: in this case, a doctor’s note is required. Other exceptional circumstances may attract a refund at the Centre Managers discretion. If a class is cancelled due to bad weather or tutor illness, then extra classes will be added to the programme and no refund will be available.
